Event Information
Every year since 2003, Telarus agents and staff have come together
to learn, connect, and play. During those conferences, previously held in Las Vegas, agents have
been richly rewarded with knowledge, exposed to new technologies, and shown new tools Telarus
developed to help them grow their businesses.
In June 2012, the annual agent conference moves to the everlasting mountains of Deer Valley, Utah, where
all of the world's greatest agents and carriers will meet for an enriching and exciting two-day mega-event.
A special "thank you" goes out to all of the exhibitors who have enthusiastically sponsored this event
as well as the many people who have worked so hard to make this Partner Summit a reality.

Where is the event taking place?
The conference will be held at the Stein Eriksen Lodge,
located in the heart of the Deer Vally Ski Resort, adjacent to Park City, Utah. The opening reception,
awards banquet, break-out sessions, general assembly, vendor fair, and private meetings will all be held
on the grounds of the Stein Eriksen Lodge (SEL). Attendees of the Summit (exhibitors, agents, and guests
of Telarus) are able to book SEL hotel rooms at deeply discounted rates.
Who is invited?
All agent partners and prospective agent partners of Telarus are invited to attend. This includes
business partners, employees, VAR partners, sub-agents, and members of the press corps.
What is the schedule?
The Partner Summit will begin on the evening of June 6, 2012. Please plan to arrive with plenty of time
to check in to your hotel room and to register at the Partner Summit registration desk, to be located

Am I eligible for a free hotel stay and/or a free airline ticket?
Telarus agent partners can qualify to receive FREE hotel and airfare to this event in accordance
with the Telarus Agent Rewards Program.
Agents with Silver status (those who have between $50K - $100K in total booked revenue)
qualify for free hotel. Agents with Gold status (those who have between $100K - $250K in total booked revenue)
and agents with Platinum status (those who have $250K+ in total booked revenue)
both qualify for free hotel and airfare to the Partner Summit. To see your current rewards status,

Will I be able to meet with carriers in private?
Yes. Near the end of the second day of the summit there will be designated rooms (luxurious suites) where
you will be able to meet with the carriers of your choice in total privacy. Discuss your funnel, your
go-to-market strategy, products, commission - the time is yours to do as you please. When you register for
the Summit, we'll ask you which 3 carriers (in order) you'd like to meet with. Before the conference you
will be sent a detailed schedule so you can know where to go and at what time.
Should I bring my spouse?
Yes (if you want!). On the full day of the Summit, June 7, 2012, we will be organizing a "spouses" group
that will be spending a fun-filled day in Park City. There will be art classes, world-class restaurants,
chair lift rides to the top of the report, hiking, day spa, and other fun activities for your spouse to
enjoy while you're making money. Your spouse will be welcome to be your companion on the "fun day" on June 8, 2012.
What should I bring?
In addition to your standard Trade Show attire, plan on bringing a smart phone with a "QR Code Reader"
app installed. Every single person you meet will be wearing a badge with a QR code on it. If you'd like
to download their contact information onto your phone, just a 2 second scan will do the trick.
Also be sure to bring a camera (you're going to see some awesome views of nature), and appropriate clothing
for the Thursday activity you choose to participate in. The opening reception will be business casual,
but feel free to "suit up"!
Is this only for Telarus partners?
No. If you are interested in taking a closer look at Telarus, this is the perfect opportunity to do
so. You'll be able to meet with our founders, our employees, and most importantly, our carriers/suppliers.
We think that, by the end, you'll say to yourself "I didn't know what I didn't know."
In to which airport should I fly?
The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is
our local airport, located just 35 miles west of Park City, Utah. We are served by many popular
airlines including: Delta, Southwest, Frontier, American, US Airways, Alaska Airlines, and more.
Do I need to provide my own ground transportation?
We will have free shuttles running from the airport to the Stien Eriksen Lodge most of the day on June 6, 2012.
